Si Racha divides into three broad areas

Rental properties in Si Racha are concentrated in three broad areas: the west (town centre), the central (mainly local) area, and the east (around J-PARK). Property types differ by area — studios, condominiums and serviced apartments gather in one part of town, while family homes gather in another.

📌 The basics of choosing an area
Whether you are single or with family, where you commute, and where your children go to school will largely narrow down the best area. Understanding the character of each area is the first step in your property search.

Best for single residents — the west (town centre)

Centred on the Robinson department store, this is the heart of the town. Serviced apartments, condominiums and commercial premises gather here. The great majority of studio and single-occupancy units are concentrated in this area, and newer properties have also appeared along Sukhumvit Road and by the sea.

🏨 Plenty of serviced apartments and condominiums
🚶 Shopping, dining and commuting within walking distance
👤 Suited to single professionals and single residents

Mainly local — the central area

The central area, running from the town centre toward J-PARK, has a more local character. That said, with many shops and convenience stores it offers high everyday convenience and is by no means a difficult place to live. Properties for foreign residents are fewer here, but there are some serviced apartments and detached-house estates.

🏪 Many shops and convenience stores — highly convenient
🏘️ Fewer expat-oriented properties, but options exist
💡 Suited to those who want a more local setting

Best for families — the east (around J-PARK)

The eastern area, centred on J-PARK, is home to many family properties. With the Japanese school right beside J-PARK, it is convenient for children's commute and is popular with families. On the other hand, this area has very few studio condominiums or serviced apartments.

👨‍👩‍👧 Mainly family properties
🏫 Close to the Japanese school — convenient for the school run
🏠 Suited to those looking for houses or larger homes
