The client stays yours

We work as the local side of your deal, not as a replacement for you. The split is agreed in writing before we start. We report back through you rather than around you, so you stay in the conversation with your client from the first shortlist to the day they collect the keys. We do not market to your client afterwards.

Why we can do it

Kingfisher is based in Sriracha. We currently list around 300 properties across roughly 50 buildings in Sriracha, Laem Chabang, Bang Saen and Pattaya, and we maintain them ourselves rather than reposting other agencies' listings. Most of our tenants are Japanese staff posted to the Eastern Seaboard plants, and their families, so we work in Japanese, English and Thai.

It works in both directions

Every month we turn away enquiries for Bangkok, Rayong, Hua Hin and Chiang Mai because they sit outside our area. We would rather pass those to an agent we know. If you cover somewhere we do not, tell us when you get in touch.
