We write and photograph the listing ourselves, show the unit, and handle the contract, deposit and inventory. You do not need to be in Thailand.
Management & repairs
Keys, repairs, the building office, inspections before and after a tenancy, and checks while the unit is empty.
Selling
A price based on what comparable units in your building actually sold for, buyer viewings, and the transfer at the Land Office.
If you are not in Thailand
- You do not fly in for viewings. We show the unit and report back.
- Repairs and building-office matters are handled here, with photographs.
- Move-in and move-out inspections are documented and sent to you.
- Rent, deposit and outgoings are tracked and explained in English.
Sell, let, or hold?
Not every unit should be sold, and not every unit should be let. Tell us the situation and we will say which we would do.
